SAP CPQ Collaboration

We are using SAP CPQ and need to use the Collaboration function, how can we set this up to auto-alert a colleague they have a question linked to a quote?

This is how collabartion/comments works between customer and sales user conversation history for quotes.

There is no alert or notification feature, its like chat window if any comments are left .. user will have to see and read the comments.
