SAP Convergent Charging - Upgrade from 5.0.6.X to 202X

Hello CC team,

Is there any dependency to upgrade the SAP CC Version from 5.0.6.X to the 202X version? We are currently running on a setup of:

SAP-CC

• Oracle Database
• Linux Server
• Version: 5.0.6.15

SAP ERP(CI)

• Oracle Database

SAP CRMSAP CRM

• Oracle Database

Would be there anything to consider related to technical interdependence between the connected BRIM systems which could determine the version that we need to use?

Hello,

usually the version of each BRIM component should be the same (ex 2023 FPS1) . This is the best way to insure stability of the platform.
