Hi Sarang,

When faced with such errors, the only way to establish the root cause is to consult the detailed error message in the installer's logs:

/tmp/sapinst_instdir/CC50/INSTALL/STANDARD/FIRST

In the present case, the relevant information will be in the sapinst_dev.log and java.exe.SetupToolManager.log files.
The instance map and the logs of the other instances are also helpful to globally understand the status of the system.
