I would like to ask the experts is it possible to configure Early Watch Alerts (EWA) for SAP Convergent Charging 2020 (Technical Version Number: 2020.0.0.0)?
Automated EWA notifications aren't available for Convergent Charging. On the other hand, you may still involve SAP AGS for an enhanced support contract.
