Hey all,
I work in ingredient processing at a manufacturing facility. We have just introduced a new system in which each ingredient has it's own barcode and SU number. Prior to this, we had been merging the weight of the whole pallet (separate boxes) into one tag (mostly powered ingredients.) In the past our system would auto consume the material while we weighed ingredients but now our inventory numbers are way off and i'm not sure what I need to do to fix it. It seems that some items are getting auto consumed and others are not and it has turned into a big mess,
Everytime I run a RFGI (goods movement) for a particular PO it shows overages or shortages after weighing material. Is there anything I can do to remedy the situation?
