We are implementing SAP CML Loans Management for one of our Client and have the following challenge.
1) The Client has a policy to accept new applications for enhancing the commitment amounts on an already approved loan contract.
e.g.
step 1: An Application is made for a Loan by the customer for 100 ml
step 2: Application is approved and say disbursement of 25 ml is already made.
step 3: A New application is made for additional 30 ml and is approved.
The additional commitment of 30 ml is updated on the original loan as 130 ml.
Future disbursement and re-payments are adjusted as per the new commitment.
We are using product category Mortgage loans and see this process can not be mapped in SAP.
Can you help map the above requirements with mortgage loans.
