SAP CLM Fields

Dear Friends,

My colleague from different team has asked the following fields , but has given only the description of the fields.

This fields should in SAP CLM.(contract and Lease managment)

1.Country
2.Business Unit
3.Unit Source
4.Property Ref
5.Unit Ref
6.Net Internal Area (in sf)
7.Year
8.Month

All the help will be greatly appreciated.

Please elaborate your question in which context your need these fields. Are these required on a transaction or in a report or in a business scenario etc.

Hello Sridhar,

These fields are not available in CLM as direct attributes of the contract master. They may be available from the object (Unit, size, etc), the company code and profit center assigned. If there are custom attributes you wish to track related to the contract, SAP provides the ability for you to add you own custom fields. Please check OSS note 600900 for details on how this is done. When these fields are added correctly, they will be available in standard SAP contract reports.

Hi Tom,

In the contract , T.code RECN, no data is given related to Business entity and Land.

Hence it is not possible to view Net Internal Area (in sf).

The PAPM Team was satisfied with it .

The organization is implemting new soltion and it will resloved.

The PaPM Team needs this table and fields to generate a report.

The Table and fields should be from SAP CLM

Please let me know, what are the tables and fields in SAP CLM.
