SAP CC to CI - While Creating the Billable Item Mapping, Error is showing

Hi Team,

While creating the Billable Item Mapping the below Error is showing up.

An Error occurred while communicating with CI System, cannot find or execute the ITEM FKK_BIX_BITCAT_LIST_GET_SAPCC

Billable Item Class is created in SAP CI and its activated (S/4 HANA). What could be the Reason here ?

Any Business functions or Integration is missing ?

Hi!

please check the Connection Settings maintained in SAP CC if you are calling the right S/4 instance as the System ID ABC may not be unique and if the user for the RFC Communication between CC and S/4 has sufficient authorization to execute RFCs. If the Problem persists, then it would be best to create an incident for this issue.
