Hi Experts,
Customer is using SAP CC 4.0 and they are getting the error message "CC server unavailable ". What can be the possible reasons for this kind of errors & how it can be resolved?

Hi,
You can check if your instances are running first.
Try using admin+ log in and then display server status command. Or ping the server.
If one or many instances are down it could be your problem.
