SAP CC Installation giving error The Java specification version of the JVM used is not 1.8

I have CC installed in my system and now we started using Amazon work spaces and I was installing cc there .I have completed all the steps Updated host file in AWS system updated the control panel with the Environment variables set the correct path SAPCC_JAVA_HOME still getting this error .

I checked Java it is 1.8 indeed. I have installed CC 5.0 in more than 50 systems never got this error pls advice

i see nobody picked this up so let me try to help you out

there is a different way to better understanding the java in your system, remove the env.variable, invalidate the folder where java is installed and login with the administrative user of the app to execute the java -version

if it return any type of java versions you may try to retrieve where the variable that point to the wrong java maybe stored, perhaps PATH variable is pointing to wrong java?

As explained in the SAP note 2835758 - Support of SAP Convergent Charging on Amazon AWS, can you check that your AWS platform is compliant with the SAP CC PAM ?

If yes, I suggest you to create an incident on SAP Support portal in order to fix the issue.
