Hi Team ,
We are doing rating for the CIT from CI to CC . There is a partner agreement existing in the CC with the consumer ID and the partner settlement category . When we are trying to do rating for the CIT i am getting the error SAP CC error: Temporary unallowed status: No access for XXX,XXX .
francois.thimon , eric.fremont Any idea !!
Thanks

Hi Rashmi,
Actually, the "Temporay unallowed status" part does not come from Convergent Charging per se.
On the other hand, the "No access for ..." message is indeed generated by the Convergent Charging dispatcher, when you target an access (<service> + <userTechId>) that is not assigned at the date of the consumption.
The easiest way to check that the targeted access is actually assigned at the given date is to:
1. open it in Core tool (File | Open | Provisioning > Access)
2. type in the two identifiers reported in the error message (<service> and <userTechId>)
3. hit the search button and check that at least one access is found in the result list
4. check that one of these accesses includes the consumption date in one of its validity periods
If you can't find any valid access there, you certainly need to fix your provisioning process.
Please let me know if this solves your issue
Best regards.
François

Hi Rashmi,
You're welcome. If it helps, more details about access provisioning are given in our "Application help" guide, and also in Core tool's documentation.
These guides can be found from Convergent Charging's page, on the SAP help portal, but feel free to ask for more precise links if needed.
Best regards.
François
