Hello,
I have a question about the UK BACS Domestic Payment Format.
This is a standard format available in SAP Business By Design. However, our bank has requested some modifications to the file structure to comply with their bank-specific software. I would like to know if this is possible to make such adjustments and if so, how do we import them in the system?
Thank you.
Best regards.
Valerie

Hello @HarshalVakil
We have trouble creating the XSLT tranformation on our own: Do you know if SAP provide any documentation about rules and how to create the XSLT transformation from scratch ?
I found this Generation of Custom Payment File Using XSL Transformation Repository | SAP Help Portal
but no details about the structure and how to create the XSLT file.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Hello,
Looks like you will have to start with the new XSLT transformation. since SAP does not seem to have one.

Hello,
There is no possiblity to change the already delivered the UK BACS domestic Payment Format.
the option would be to use the XSLT transformation to generate the payment file in the required format. Also check if SAP has already existing XSL transformation that SAP can provide for your specific need ( ie if the changes to UK BACS structure is applicable to mulitple banks, SAP / Partner may have already implemented the logic to handle them in XSLT which SAP can then share with you. Not sure if there is somethign existing already. I had similar need for ABN Amro for NL and SAP provided XSLT which can be used although it was not fully addressing all the requirement and still required some more changes to make it work).
I hope this answers to your question.

Harshal
