SAP BPC User access request process improvements

Hi SAP BPC Gurus,

Currently, SAP BW BPC Access requests take too long for us to provide user access in BPC system.

On average it is talking 8 to 10 days to complete one user access request.

Attached is an end to end process flow for our access request.

Does SAP has any options to improve access request process in SAP BPC?

According to the image, the response time to a request for access to users in SAP BPC has nothing to do with the tool but with the management and the process they are using.

If you already have an access matrix defined in 10 minutes maximum, you can give access to SAP BPC, the inconvenience is your process.
