You can utilize https://cal.sap.com/ - SAP Cloud Appliance Library to install your trail versions on AWS, GCP or Azure for a certain period(30 days), before the trail license expires.

There is no "trial" BPC version! If you are representing some company, you can contact SAP local office to get free license for a few months to test before real purchace.
