SAP BPC: Template opening issue

Hi Expert

User has below mentioned system configuration:

MS Excel 2013

32 bit system

Earlier user was able to open BPC template (1 month back). However now user can't open the template, excel flickers for a moment and nothing opens. Could you please let me know whether anyone is facing this issue recently.

Is it possible to open any other template? - No, but other user with same config are able to open the template

Is it possible to create new report? - Yes

Is VBA involved? - Yes

If it's possible to create a new report then the issue is related to vba code in the old templates!

In order to understand vba issues you have to provide EPM version and SP for this user. Also you have to publish VBA code.
