Hello,
What is the best practice for SAP BPC security maintenance when a user leaves the company or no longer needs BPC access?
Currently, we leave the users "as is" in the BPC system and lock them in BW. However, wanted to get a better understanding of what other folks do.
Do folks delete the inactive users in BPC?
Thanks

Hi Edward,
normally I give the authorization on the team and include in the team one or more users, when the user stop to use bpc I delete the user, this allow to restore quickly the user or substitute it with another one. Setting security authoritations on team is quick when you have more users also for changes and you are sure that all the users have the same authorizations.
... and users can continue to use BW also without bpc.
Kind regards
Roberto
