SAP BPC NW 10 EPM- problem with worksheet generation option

Hi,

One of the users has difficulty with worksheet generation. The sheets are generated with proper selections but data is same in all sheets.

Please suggest.TIA

Under user account create a new simple report and test worksheet generation yourself!

Hi Vadim,

User claims she tried on other users computer and failed finally I am able to do that with the user later in the day.My other question for you would be, is there any task profile option that provisions a user with worksheet generation or if the user has read only access to data limit her ability to this functionality.

• Windows 7 enterprise sp1, MS office 2010
• EPM version 10.1 sp17 Patch1
• sheets generated for various selected costcenters and all other dimension are the same as original report.
• This user has "readonly" and others have superenduser access.
• User never used this before but other users use this often. user wants to use this functionality now.

Hello,

Please provide the following details

• Office and Windows versions
• EPM Add-in version
• Describe the steps that you are taking generating the worksheet, what you expect to see and what is happening.
• Is this the first time the user is doing this? If the user was generating the worksheet successfully before, then what has changed.
• You have stated this happens to just one user, please note the differences between that user's client machine configuration the users who do not have the problem.
