SAP BPC New Environment issue external URL

Hi,

I need your help, we created a new environment for consolidation that is configured as the previous one but we are facing issues in the new environment at connecting through EPM add-in We managed to connect but when refreshing any report from the external URL it doesn’t refresh. Please check an error picture in attachments. We can run/refresh reports in the previous environment with no issues.

And never use "Insert File" instead of correct "Insert Image"! I will not answer questions with "Insert File"

Are you sure that you are talking about SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, version for the Microsoft platform

Can you post screenshot with version info?

P.S. In your previous question you worked with BPC NW...

In general the error you have is not specific, you have to provide more info and to perform extra tests yourself...

What about WEB access to this environment?

When I am in the client's internal system (internal IP) it works.

When I try to connect from outside their system, the external IP doesn't work, but in the old environment correctly updates the reports .
