SAP-BPC master data /configuration from production to development need to move

Hi !

I need solution is this possible SAP-BPC production data can move to development level.

we have issue regard what ever master data & configuration in development environment is not properly maintained in production level means certain things in dimension we maintaining direct to production client

Now we need to maintain proper track from devl. to production so if I sync production client to development

1) whatever have development client will removed

2) It will any issue occur in configuration level?

3) which part all give me effect in system base?

Please give me soultion

same issue we are facing but when we are taking backup of production system it is showing error due to low space. Please suggest
