SAP BPC: Error occurs when loading transaction data from other model

Hi,

I am trying to load transaction data from BW to BPC and getting an error saying

"Error occurs when loading transaction data from other model

Validation with data file failed".

Analysis done so far:

1) We are getting this error for only certain set of data selection. Remaining set of data we are able to load in chunks.

2) Validation of transformation file also failed for the same set of data.

3) Extracted the data to excel and tried loading the data through flat file. Flat file load is working fine.

4) No Non cumulative Key figures in BW Info cube.

5) Have cross checked the master data in BPC for the problematic data set and it is fine.

Need your suggestion in resolving the issue.

Hi All,

Sorry for the delayed response.

Issue is resolved now. We have four currency key Columns in BW Info cube (GC1Key, GC2Key, GC3Key, GC4Key). While loading data into BPC, we have mapped currency dimension to GC1Key1 only.

GC1Key in BW and BPC Currency Dimension are in sync. But some of the currencies of GC2Key, GC3Key and GC4Key in BW are not available in BPC Currency Dimension. After adding those currencies into BPC Currency Dimension, issue is resolved.

But still not able to understand how the columns which are not relevant in our BPC loads are making an impact here.

Please find the screenshot of the transformation file and sample rejected records. No rejected records are listed in the package log after the execution.
