sap bpc epm addin error

Hello Experts,

One of our user has an issue while connecting to EPM ADDIN.

I checked if we can find any SAP NOTES relevant to this issue but I could not find any.

Error is:

Value cannot be null.

Parameter name: source

System details:

BPC - Version 10.0

EPM ADDIN - SP27

There are about 800 BPC users but the issue is only for one BPC user.

Any ideas pls?
