Hello All

We are seeking some advise about archiving the DMP Log tables whose size has become very large.

Tables:

  • UJF_DOC
  • UJ0_CLUS_PARAM
  • UJF_DOC_CLUSTER

Does anyone know about the best practice recommended by SAP for archiving these tables .

Thank you.

Regards,

Nikhil

Hello Vadim,

We executed program - UJF_FILE_SERVICE_CLEAN_LOGS and deleted the log files, but we still can see the DMP logs in system, is there any more action required.

No more action required. Just select the proper number of days. Also use Test Run - Run - Test Run to ensure that logs are deleted!

I am able to delete from the list in UJF_FILE_SERVICE_CLEAN_LOGS but still the logs appear in DMP and tables

  • UJF_DOC
  • UJ0_CLUS_PARAM
  • UJF_DOC_CLUSTER

Our BPC Version -  BPC NW 10 SP10.

Please provide screenshots for some single log file! To my mind this is not possible!
