I will be conducting a SAP BPC Consolidation assessment for a client that is undergoing a reorg, will be performing a restatement as well as redesigning the chart of accounts.
I am wondering - what questions should I ask during the discovery phase in the initial meetings with the client? This will be my first experience doing something like this and would like some advice on which questions to ask during this phase.
