SAP BPC 7.5 NW

Hi,

We are on BPC 7.5 NW version SP10, does it support/compatible with windows 8.1, IE 11 ?

Found this documentation SAP note 1678822 for the third party software support but its only for MS version.Do you have the note for NW version?

Hello,

Please check note 1976392.  According to this note the latest version of IE supported is 10 and that is only after BPC NW 7.5 SP15.

Thanks for your input. Heard BPC 7.5 NW version SP10 does not support windows 8.1.  It is compatible to IE 11 (32-bit) but need to add to compatibility view settings.Dont have access to sap product availability matrix which can be found on this site. (accdg to our consultant)

As informed SAP released only the note for third party software support for BPC 7.5 MS version (note number 1678822) but dont have for BPC NW 7.5 version.

Hi Russel,

I recently had the question from another customer who wanted to know if they could use IE 11 in compatibility mode with their BPC 7.5 NW version.   I didn't find it documented anywhere, I think this requires verification. I will try to find out more and let you know.

Another thing that you can do is to install it on one client machine and test it.

Hi,

sap note  1984475 SP18 for BPC 7.5 will support IE 11 32 bit.

SP17 for BPC 7.5 will support office 2013 32 bit.

Didn't mention in the notes. You need office and IE for bpc, so I guess those r covered then should be fine?
