SAP BPC 11 cannot delete dimension members - ASSERTION_FAILED

Dear experts,

we have installed a brand new BPC 11 environment on a client. our landscape is the following

I have created two new environments in the system: one is a copy from Environment Shell and another one is a restore from a 10.1 starter kit (via UJBR).

In both environments, whenever I try to delete a dimension member, if the dimension is in a model, I get the following error when I process the dimension: internal session terminated with a runtime error ASSERTION_FAILED

I do have a dump in ST22 but the error is too generic for my understanding:

If I remove that dimension from the model, I can remove members and process it. So it looks like there is a constraint with the model, even if there are no transactional data on that one.

Hello Francesco,

I would suggest you to implement the SAP note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2744651 to your system.

Then, try to delete the dimension member and verify the results.
