SAP BPC 10 - Hierarchy Description not getting copied from BW InfoObject

Hello BPC Experts,  I am trying to load BPC Dimension with MD Attributes & Text and also the Hierarchy.  I am able to load the Base Members and it's Description.  I am also able to load the Hierarchy Nodes, but not it's Description.  Any reason why I am unable to load the Description.  Any Help appreciated.  Thanks, Mulak

Hi Vadim & Krishna,  Sorry for the delayed reply.  The reason I was not able to see Hierarchy Node description was because I was selecting Long Text in the Language and there is no Long Text maintained in BW Hierarchies.  When I checked with our BW resource, he mentioned that in BW Hierarchy Node Text cannot be maintained in Long Text.   And hence now I have to run the DM Package twice, once with Text Node = Yes and Medium Text and then again Text Node = No with Long Text.  This was I can get my Base Members & Nodes with Description.

Also, interestingly when I run DMP for the Hierarchy for the first time with Text Node = Yes and Medium Text, for some reason my Base Members don't get the Description, not sure why.  Only the Parent Nodes get populated with the Description.  Hence, I have to run the DMP twice.

Any thoughts?
