SAP BPC 10.1 NW HANA: cannot see Business Rules

Dear experts,

we have installed SAP BPC 10.1 NW on Hana, standard version.

When I log in the system (ENVIRONMENTSHELL), I can see the business rules correctly.

However, if I go to Manage all Environment, then I navigate through different menus of the admin and I go back to Business Rules, I cannot see them anymore:

This a very strange behavior: if I log off and log on, I can see again the Business Rules.

Have you ever experienced this issue? This is the first time I see it
