Sap BPC 10.0 NW EPM Report Slowness

Hi All,

We are experiencing EPM Report slowness since 2 weeks. Before that it use to take 10-15 min to refresh the YTD Report, but now for some reason its taking nearly 1 hour.

Could you please someone share the information if you guys come across on the similar issues.

NOTE: When I check the statistics I see below screenshot, but  not completely understand what is the root cause from the below screenshot.

The screnshots are absolutely not visible.....Please post it with high visibility! Explain your report structure with screenshot!.

Sorry my earlier LOGS (screenshots) as per the SAP Note-1891006 were not clear. I just took again from History.

Please help me to look further on the below Logs again.

Hi Vadim,

We are facing Performance Issues with EPM Reports especially which has YTD calculation on it. 2/3 Weeks back it was taking 15 min to refresh now its taking min 45 min to an hour. Below is one of the screenshots of EPM Reports.

Please let me know if you need any more details. FYI 1st Report has 28 worksheets & 2nd Report has nearly 60 sheets. But both were taking max 10-15 min earlier, now its taking very long time (1 hr).

Hi Sree,

Please upgrade your EPM Add-In version to latest one....SP24 or 25. 12 is too old.

Plus refer to below note https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1657612 and there are some notes within that note. Refer to them as well.

Yes, you have very old core BPC and BW!

New versions have some performance improvements...
