Hi All,                                        

we have a requirement that the BPF should trigger an E-Mail asking the planners to update the plan values in the input form.

the E-mail notification functionality will only update if the activity status is changed.

is there any functionality fulfilling this requirement?

here is the requirement.

BPF step 1: Email should be sent out to planners asking them to input the planned values in the inputform.

step 2: Managers would input the planned values.

then, the input form would go through a series of approvals.

my question is whether we have a functionality to send mails to the recipients(planners), at the start of the process, as we know that the email notifications will only work when there is a change in the status of particular activity.

Sorry, but what do you mean by "start of the process"?
