SAP BPC 10.0 audit report for email distribution

BPC version: 10.0 SP 25 Patch 2.NET 3.5

Hello BPC Wizards,

Question: is there a way to see when, to whom and with what attachments emails were sent using BPC manual or scheduled email distribution?

Background:
I have >100 users (non BPC) who are currently receiving SAP reports via email. I want to move the process to BPC and use email PDF distribution instead.

The problem is, I don't know if/where there is a way to see what/when/to whom has been sent out?

The only control option I've found so far is "Copy to My Inbox" check box, but all it does is sends the email(s) to me, so I know what reports have been sent out but I don't know who received them...

If I use Scheduled Distribution, I can also see the task in Windows Task Scheduler but its limited to information:
- task name
- run result
- run start/end

So again... no details!

I would really appreciate your help with this guys!

For BPC distribution you are using some mail server. Please ask server admin to provide logs 🙂

Ok thanks mate! I thought there would be a way to have it without harassing IT!
