I am creating a new report , need help with data format of the cell to display values in MULTIPLIED BY -1 FORMAT. Please advice

In the Schedule Layout tab you can select the cells with numeric data and then right-click to Cell Format, where on the Data tab you can turn on "Change sign" option for the selected cells.
