I'm not sure what your doubt is. FMIR manages open periods in FM, similar to what OB52 does for FI. FMF0 creates records of type '57' in order to generate payment FM documents. If the period is open in FMIR for this particular activity or for all activities, then there will be no issue. If relevant period is closed, then the document won't be created.
