SAP and IT Financial Management (ITFM) capabilities

Dear SAP Community,

I'm currently evaluating whether or not we can use SAP (e.g. Solution Manager or others) for IT Financial Management, e.g., planning/forecasting, charging, showback, Bill of IT, etc. Do you have any idea if this is possible with any kind of SAP module/product/solution? If I look into the market, I do see SaaS Providers like Apptio, Servicenow, etc. who have capabilities like that. I was just wondering, if SAP has similar capabilities?
