SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) lookup on calculated dimension based on dimension property id

Hi All,

Since CONCAT is not yet available in data action advanced formula. We have created a calculated dimension based on dimension "store" & "year_month". 

Based on this calculated dimension, we need to perform a lookup from another dimension in the same model, to get the store status (store status like New, renovation, closed, etc)

Hence, In SAC Dashboard (optimised story with GL accounts) , for a calculated dimension, is there a way to perform a lookup based on another dimension property attribute within the same model ?

Hi All,

Sap mentioned that this feature wasn't available as of now.

Hence, as a workaround I made a separate model of the concatenated field and then used blending as a filter between the two models to get the store status.

Although the store status is not visible in the table. The user is able to select the status as a filter in linked analysis and only those store are visible in the table.

Hope this workaround helps others who faced a similar issue.
