SAP Analytics Cloud, add-in for Microsoft Excel returns blank page after successful login

Hello,

When trying to test the SAP Analytics Cloud SAP Analytics Cloud, add-in for Microsoft Office  and the SAP Analytics Cloud basic trial instance, I am unable to configure the Tenant correctly. The instructions found at Tenant Configuration state that custom URLs can be configured but I am getting an error in Powershell with the "https://basic-trial-sac.cfapps.us10.hana.ondemand.com" instance. Does the Excel add-in work for the basic trial or is there another configuration issue?
