Which is best methodology (SAP Activate vs ASAP) for implementation BPC on S/4HANA system ?

Did SAP supports any migration option to move from SAP embedded/standard 10.x NW?

Hello, What methodology did you use?

Because I think does not exist a one methodology created by SAP for a implement of projects of BPC, for that I use the methodology Activate for my projects but I believe that methodology does not fit with projects of consolidation or planning in BPC.
