SAP Access Control Context Reports for Auditing/log information

Is there any reporting in ACM that will provide detailed logs on who viewed this objects / what changed he made etc.

I was looking for reports on the changes happened lets say DIRs by the owner or loaned user based upon Owning Context.

The above links talks about more on the ACC related changes logs side of it.
