SAP Access Control 10.1 Text Editor to MS Word

Hello,

We have a SAP access control 10.1 at our company, I want to set up MS word as text editor so each time I am going to edit anything it must show word format in SAP (not a separate word file) for any kind of editing. One of my colleague have set up word as text editor but she do not remember how did she managed to do it? Can anyone help me please?
