We have created a control with one business rule and defined different users with SOX Control Owner and SOX Control Tester roles.
With GRPCUST table, we have switched off "Reserved" for the generated work items for this control. But still, if owner opens the request and takes action, work item is disappearing from tester inbox and vice versa.
Our requirement is to have this work item reviewed and approved by both approvers.
Is it possible to configure the control in such a way that work item is approved by both owner and tester. Any guidance will be much appreciated.
