Hi Team,
We are on BPC 11.1 standard, with B4HANA 2.0.
We are trying to execute a package which pulls the Data From BW to BPC using the standard process chain (LOAD_INFOPROVIDER_UI) based on TIME selection.
While the package runs successfully on my machine, it fails to run on users machine with the same user id credential.
He gets the Following warning:
Task name: Convert:
No. 1 Round
No Records are returned from XXXXXXX
While I run the package with the same id, the records are fetched from source BW Info Provider(XXXXXXX) and is pushed successfully into BPC. But for user, he is getting the same Warning message.
Users EPM Version is: 10.0 SP 35 Patch 4 .NET 4.7.2 x86
EPM version on my system is: 10.0 SP 30 Patch 1 .NET 4.5 x64
What could be the possible reasons for this weird behaviour?
Regards,
SHUBHAM

Try to compare log text with error with log text without error on user PC!

First - try to install the same (35) EPM version on your PC. SP30 is terribly old...
Check results.

Hi Vadim,
Surely we would do that.
BTW we could resolve the issue at users end.
After multiple run at users end, package failed. We suggested the following:
1. Refresh Meta Data Cache in EPM tab
2. Clear any saved Prompts on Users local machine in Data Manager Tab.
Post this when user is running the package, it is succeeding at his end as well.
Not sure of this strange behavior, may be some caching. But the steps worked!

SHUBHAM
