SAL - Permanently Active Events

We're trying to clean up some filters we no longer need and came across some events that are just under the Dynamic Config section of the SAL called Permanently Active Events. No one has any record of creating these so we're a bit stumped as to how they got into our SAL. If I highlight it and hit the trashcan will that delete it or is this breaking a new SAL process we're not aware of? I can't find any SAP notes that reference this type of event.

Thanks!

It is hard coded to ABAP Kernel. You cannot and should not delete this events. For more info please check this note

If you consider that these logs are "not needed" you might have to revisit your logging policy.
