S4 HANA : Receivables Risk Management Configuration in SD

Hi

S4 HANA states that credit management and letter of credit processing is now in FSCM. However, in the configuration nodes for basic functions--> Credit Management --> Receivables Risk Management there are configuration nodes that are still available.

The configuration table for forms of payment guarantee shows the following with S4 HANA

I would appreciate the inputs from experts in this forum on the following:

a. Is there an option to use Letter of credit processing without using FSCM in S4 HANA ?

b. Do we need to use these configuration nodes in any way if we are to use letter of credit processing with S4 HANA?

c. What is the intent of these configuration nodes under the sales and distribution module with S/4 HANA ?
