S4 HANA "Profit Center" in line item 0o1 not filled during mid-year legacy asset transfer

When I doing mid-year legacy asset transfer, there always have a error message Balancing field "Profit Center" in line item 0o1 not filled . 

* Specify Account Assignment Types for Account Assignment Objects  already configured.

Hello dear user,

And thank you for asking your question in the SAP community blog.

There can be lot of reasons for this error. Anyways check the following first.

1) Check whether the PC field is made optional in the field status group for the corresponding GL.

2) Check whether the Corresponding document type is assign for document splitting.

3) Check whether the Corresponding GL is a P&L a/c if so whether is created as cost element. If so whether default cost center/ Profit center is assigned in OKB9.

I’m more assuming it’s coming from document splitting issue as the error message family starts by GLT*
