Application: Run Foreign Trade Regulations Z4.
The customer pulls an XML file from the SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud, but it contains missing data and cannot be sent to the Federal Office.
Description of the problem:
Data is missing that was actually created in customising for the company codes.
The following data is missing and is not contained in the XML file:
Economic sector
Company address
Telephone number
Contact person
E-mail address
Company number
---> although this data is set in customising (foreign trade and balance of payments). (see screen1 and 2)
In addition, the XML structure does not contain a field for the commodity code.
Is there a way to insert a commodity code field in this XML file structure? If so, how?
