RTC: ENABLEJRN=Y for NONE intercompany

Hi gurus, I am working on RTC and I am trying to post a journal entry using Intercompany NONE, but when I try to do it the system is showing an error message asking to mark NONE member of intercompany dimension with ENABLEJRN=Y, but how can I do this? since the intercompany dimension is a custom bw infoobject that we created.

Hi Ana,

The note is very vague and doesn't provide exact information as to where this should be changed in calc view in HANA. Are you able to share a screenshot of HANA view where this needs to be updated?

That's interesting.. I thought the ENABLEJRNL wasn't even working in embedded consolidation as I didn't maintain this at the same time I'm able to post journals no any member.

Well in terms of the InterCo dimension, you do have the property ENABLEJRNL as well, and the source of that dimension is the same HANA View you use for the Entity dim. The NONE member doesn't exist in the master data and instead is created on the fly in the HANA view so you can maintain that in the view if necessary.

I'd investigate the logs before doing that though... just to understand what's happening.
