RTC - Empty Consolidation Monitor for GROUP members: SAP RTC on S4HANA 1709

Not able to see the task sequences in Consolidation monitor for Groups other than G_NONE.

Ownership hierarchy is maintained and Group dimension is also maintained properly.

Hello,

Here is a list of a few things to check

• Check your system versions, KBA 2103585, to ensure compatibility especially SAP UI
• Confirm the context for the consolidation monitor is correct, is the same as defined in task sequence, and,
• Confirm if the user has authorization and BPC data access to be able to update the data that is within the context

If you haven’t set up the security yet but have secured dimensions, configure the security especially for BPC data access profiles and then try again.
