Roles PFCG

This is regarding to roles changes, We have created new role in ECC system, but after editing the roles like when we remove any particular tcode from menu Tab and going on authorization tab and clicking on change auth data it also pulls old object that which was maintained for particular tcode that we have removed.

For this behavior, several reason can apply.

First, please ensure that the remaining transaction codes assigned to the roles via the “Menu” tab in PFCG are not holding the same authorization objects in Su24.

Second, go to the “Authorizations” tab in the PFCG and click the button “Expert Mode for Profile Generator” a popup window opens. Select the option “Read old status and merge with new data” and press "Enter". The authorization objects should now be removed.

Note: authorization objects with object status “Manually” are not being removed. Those objects must be removed manually from the role.
