Roles overlap

Hi community,

If you have a user with role 1, that authorizes transaction 1 for plant 1, and a second role 2, that authorizes transaction 2 for plant 2, can the user use transaction 1 on plant 2?

I'm trying to figure out what are the overlapping effects but cannot find documentation on the topic.
