Roles not visible in access management of grc 10.1

Hi Experts,

When a searching a role in ARM for assigning it to user the system throws me an error :No Record found for the selection criteria.

Have tried all options like

Running Sync jobs

Checking role provising status to PROV and YES

Checked the system is allowed to access Production.

connecters setting are done .

But still the issue persists please let me know what to do now?

Any help will be appreciated.

The issue is solved by implementing SAP note 2419227.

I am also facing the same issue after upgrading from 10.0 to 10.1 on SP 16.

When raising the Access request, and entering the role name in "role/profile name" it gives the message no record found.

Though when keeping this field empty and searching for all the roles, the same role appears in the below list.

I tried other options like "contains", "starts with"....but the same error.
