Role not provisioned to users position

Hi Guys,

We currently have indirect provisioning configured on our GRC 10.0 production system. We did a refresh of the QA system with Production. Adjusted all the connectors to point to the ERP QA system and all configurations completed. Now the issue with the QA system is that whenever we try to create an access request(Change Option), the system does not read the users position but reads the managers details. See screenshot below. I have tried everything with no luck. Please help.

Hi Olawale,

I would suggest you to review your User Data Source and User Detailed Data Sources system configured in your SPRO settings (Governance, Risk and Compliance-->Access Control-->Maintain Data Sources Configuration) Basically, the details of manager and positions will be fetched from detailed data sources system so, you need to review this system and make sure the position exists and coming correctly. In general, the position data could exist in Prod. but not all QA system hence it is worth to validate it
